We just launched and are currently shipping within the United States. We ship all orders using a mix of the United States Post Office, Fedex and UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require a signature upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and destination. We ship our products from the New York area.
We love free shipping too! We offer free shipping on orders over $49 and this discount will be automatically applied to orders over that amount before taxes and after discounts are applied.If you require your package by a specific date, we recommend choosing another shipping option at checkout.
I can’t wait to receive my package. How long does it take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days with west coast orders taking the longest.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information when we ship your items. Please allow 24 hours for the information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system.
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. However, as of our products are perishable food, we cannot accept returns of opened tins. We do accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to coordinate a return.
